- Background Material: 2 to 3 strips of metallic foil curtains (Silver, Gold, Blue, or Pink) creating a 6ft x 6ft shimmer area.
- Balloons: Approx 150-200 air-filled balloons arranged in bunches or a semi-arch taped to the wall. Mix of metallic and matte finish.
- Text Element: Standard 16-inch foil letters spelling "WELCOME BABY", "HAPPY BIRTHDAY", or "OH BABY".

- Props: 4-5 loose foil stars or heart balloons attached to backdrop.

- Character Cutouts: 3 to 4 sunboard/foamboard cutouts of theme characters (2ft to 3ft height) placed near the cake table.

- Marquee Number: One LED light-up Marquee Number (approx 2.5ft to 3ft tall) denoting the child's age.

- Neon Signage: Large "Better Together", "Happy Birthday" or "Oh Baby" neon sign mounted on the sequins.
- Marquee Letters: Option for up to 3 LED Marquee letters/numbers OR a "BABY" light-up box set.

- Welcome Home: Simple balloon arches, ‘Welcome Baby’ signs, or larger themes like hot-air balloons and Boss Baby. I can set up a whole room or just a cute corner.
- First Birthdays, Naming Ceremonies, Mundan: Cocomelon, Jungle, Teddy Bear, or Space themes (First Trip Around The Sun) - I’ve done them all. I also love trying new ideas for first birthday photo backdrops.
How I Work
- I’m a balloon pro, but it’s not just balloons. I use shimmer backdrops, green walls, and custom-printed designs.
- Props like light-up numbers, big teddy bears, ‘BABY’ blocks, and custom name party props make the setup personal.
- Neon signs, milestone boards, and little touches bring your theme together.
If you want the space to feel playful and personal, and you’re okay with big, bold decor (sometimes balloons do pop - can’t help it!), then you’ll probably like my vibe.
