About Baby Showers & Welcome Parties
For most of my baby shower and welcome home setups, I only need about 45 to 60 minutes to transform your space. If you are planning a surprise arrival, I can coordinate to get the balloons, lights, and signage ready while you are away, so the room is waiting for you when you walk in.
I handle everything from soft, classic welcome home arches to bolder, theme-based baby shower decor.
How I Setup Your Space
- Wall vs. Stand: For smaller spaces or budgets, I offer wall-mounted setups using specialized tape that is safe for your paint. For larger areas or event venues, I use circular iron ring stands that hold more complex balloon garlands and neon signs.
- Custom Themes: If you have a specific idea, tell me. I have done everything from 'First Trip Around the Sun' space themes and jungle adventures to simple, elegant gold and white palettes for gender reveals.
- The Finishing Touches: It is not just about the balloons. I use LED neon signs, shimmer walls, marquee numbers for the baby's age, and character cutouts to tie the theme together. I can also scatter rose petals or set up fairy lights to make the room feel warm and festive.
Practical Details
I bring all the equipment and remove the bulk of the decor once the event ends. Whether you are in a flat in Rohini, a house in Gurgaon, or a venue in Noida, I travel across Delhi NCR to set up these displays.
