Standard Themed Birthday Setup
Core Setup & Backdrop
- Themed Backdrop: 8x8 ft customized flex or ring setup (Themes include Boss Baby, Cocomelon, Jungle, etc.).
- Balloon Arch: Approx. 1,000 to 1,200 latex balloons (Standard air filled). Arranged in an arch or L shape around the backdrop.
- Character Cutouts: 4 to 5 standard foam board printed cutouts related to the theme (2D flat).
- Signage: 1 Neon Happy Birthday light (Rental) + 1 Customized Name Board or Marquee Light initial.
Cake Area & Props
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (metal or PVC) or one customized cake table.
- Welcome Area: 1 Chalkboard style welcome board on an easel stand at the entrance.
- Floor Decor: Printed flex floor mat matching the theme (approx 8x6 ft).
- Hall Elements: Basic balloon bunches (4 to 5 balloons each) scattered or taped to walls/ceiling.
Operational Details
- Client Requirements: Client must provide a ladder and basic tools (stool/scissors) for this budget tier.
- Duration: Setup takes approx. 2 to 3 hours.
- Exclusions: Transport charged extra. Real flowers and helium balloons are not included.
Luxury Sequin & Pastel Banquet Decor
Grand Stage Setup
- Premium Backdrop: 8x8 ft to 10x10 ft Shimmer/Sequin Wall (Gold, Silver, or Iridescent) or Artificial Green Grass Wall.
- Heavy Balloon Decor: 2,000+ balloons including premium pastel shades and metallic chrome accents arranged in an organic, fluffy arch style.
- Large Props: Large themed cutouts (e.g., 5ft Butterfly Wings, Giant 2D Jungle Animals, or Fairy silhouettes).
Lighting & Highlights
- LED Marquee Name: Full name spelled out in large LED Marquee letters (up to 6 alphabets included) OR large Neon customized signage.
- Stage Lighting: 4 to 6 LED par cans to illuminate the backdrop and stage area.
- Flooring: Red or White carpet for the stage area (approx 10x10 ft).
Entrance & Walkway
- Entrance Gate: Full balloon arch at the banquet entrance (Standard spiral or Organic style).
- Welcome Board: Premium personalized welcome signage on a decorative easel with a balloon bunch.
Staff & Logistics
- Team: 3 to 4 Decorators included.
- Transport: Logistics within a 10km radius are included in this tier.
Traditional Haldi & Mehendi Setup
Backdrop & Draping
- Fabric Decor: 8x8 ft backdrop frame draped with Yellow/Orange (Haldi) or Green/Pink (Mehendi) curtains.
- Floral Work: Heavy use of Artificial Marigold strings for borders and drops.
- Hanging Props: Traditional hangings like Rajasthani puppets, parrots, or dreamcatchers incorporated into the backdrop.
Seating Area
- Couple Seating: 1 Large decorative Urli (Brass finish) or a decorated 2 seater sofa/bench.
- Floor Decor: Mattress (Gadda) with white sheet and yellow/pink bolster pillows for family seating near the stage.
- Rangoli: Small floral Rangoli pattern near the couple's seating.
Accessories
- Signage: Haldi or Mehendi cutout in Hindi/English script (Gold or Red finish).
- Lighting: 2 LED focus lights and strings of fairy lights for evening functions.
- Bowls: 2 decorative bowls provided for flower petals/Haldi paste.
Outdoor Pre-Birthday Picnic Decor
Thematic Structure
- Teepee Tent: 1 White fabric Teepee tent decorated with artificial floral vines or battery operated fairy lights.
- Floor Setup: White fur rug or picnic blanket, scattered cushions, and a soft throw.
Props & Signage
- Marquee Number: One large LED or Wooden age number.
- Letter Blocks: ONE or BABY wooden blocks or transparent balloon boxes.
- Theme Props: Curated props based on the theme (e.g., Vintage lantern, Teddy bear, Crate boxes, chalkboard slate).
- Cake Accessories: 1 Cake stand/pedestal (Cake is strictly NOT included).
Balloons
- Bunch Arrangement: 30 to 50 balloons tailored to the outfit color (placed on the ground or tied to the tent).
Logistics
- Service: Setup and dismantle service included (approx 2 hours duration).
- Location: Valid for public parks or private gardens. Client pays entry fees for the crew/materials if applicable.

What I Do
I don't just take photos - I set the stage for memories. My event decoration covers everything from creative birthday party decor to traditional haldi backdrops. First birthdays, haldi-mehendi, cake smashes, baby showers, or outdoor shoots - I make them look and feel just right.
Themes & Setups
- For kids, I've got Butterfly Garden, Jungle Safari, Boss Baby, Candy Land, Ice Cream - you name it. Expect giant props, pastel colors, and plenty of wow moments.
- For weddings, I go all-in on classic Indian style. Marigold flowers, bright colors, urli bowls, and fabric drapes set the mood for haldi and mehendi.
- If you want balloon arch decoration or sequin panels, just say the word.
Details That Count
- Backdrops: From grass walls to printed themes.
- Balloons: Garlands, pillars, metallic or pastel, whatever fits.
- Props: Teepees, character cutouts, big light-up letters.
- Lighting: String lights and smoke effects for that extra flair.
