Pre-Wedding Outdoor Shoot
Crew & Coverage
- Team: 1 Candid Photographer and 1 Cinematographer.
- Duration: Approx. 6 to 8 hours.
- Drone: 15 to 20 minutes of aerial coverage for landscape shots (subject to location permissions).
Deliverables
- Photos: 30 high resolution color corrected images with skin retouching.
- Video: 1 Cinematic Highlight video (3 to 4 mins) and 1 Instagram Reel (30 to 60 secs).
- Raw Data: Complete set of unedited JPEGs and video files provided on hard drive.
Logistics
- Props: Smoke bombs, placards, and umbrellas included.
- Facilities: Portable changing tent provided for locations without green rooms.
- Exclusions: Makeup, costumes, location entry fees, and crew transport are not included.
Single Day Wedding Coverage
Team Structure
- Total Crew: 4 professionals.
- Photography: 1 Traditional Photographer (Stage/Groups) and 1 Candid Photographer (Portraits/Rituals).
- Videography: 1 Traditional Videographer (Documentation) and 1 Cinematographer (Gimbal/Creative).
Coverage Details
- Events: Covers Getting Ready, Baraat, Jaimala, Pheras, and Vidai.
- Duration: Up to 12 hours continuous coverage.
- Equipment: Full frame cameras, on camera flash, and LED video lights.
Deliverables
- Album: 1 Premium Photobook with 40 to 50 sheets (approx. 250 to 300 photos).
- Video: 1 Traditional Full Length Film (60 to 90 mins) and 1 Cinematic Teaser (3 to 5 mins).
- Timeline: Photos delivered in 2 to 3 weeks; Album and Video in 4 to 6 weeks.

- Logistics: Crew transportation and accommodation (if post 2 AM) to be arranged by client.

Event Schedule
- Day 1 (Pre Wedding Functions): Up to 5 hours coverage by 1 Photographer and 1 Videographer.
- Day 2 (Wedding Day): Full 12 hour coverage by a 4 person crew (Traditional & Candid Photo/Video).

- Drone: Aerial coverage included for the Wedding day (Baraat/Varmala).
- Audio: Short interviews and wishes recorded from close family for the film.
- Editing: Specific color grading for Haldi (vibrant) and Mehendi (details).

I’m not just snapping staged poses - I’m always looking for those real moments, whether it’s a crazy Haldi splash or the mehendi design your cousin spent hours on. I get the close-ups, the candid smiles, and the bits that make your wedding yours.
