Outdoor Maternity or Kids Session
Scope and Deliverables
- Duration: 3 to 4 Hours continuous shooting at one outdoor location (e.g., Eco Park or similar).
- Photos: Unlimited raw clicks; 30 premium edited soft copies delivered via cloud link.
- Video: 1 Instagram Reel (15 to 30 seconds) with trending audio.
Setup and Style
- Location: Public park or garden (Entry tickets paid by client).
- Props: Basic handheld items like slate, baby shoes, chalkboard, and 2 to 3 colored smoke bombs.
- Attire: Client brings outfits (up to 2 changes). Changing tent availability varies.
Terms
- Transport: Not included. Client arranges pickup or pays fare.
- Delivery: Raw data in 1 month; edited photos in 7 to 10 days.
Newborn Creative Session (0 to 45 Days)
Scope and Deliverables
- Best Time: 5 to 15 days old for flexible poses.
- Duration: Approx 3 hours allowing for feeding and napping.
- Output: 20 artistically retouched images (skin smoothening, redness removal).
- Themes: 2 distinct looks (e.g., one basket pose and one fur rug pose).
Props and Comfort
- Provided Items: Wicker baskets, buckets, soft woolen wraps, headbands, and crochet outfits.
- Lighting: Non flash continuous lighting or soft box lights to protect baby eyes.
- Family: Includes 3 to 4 standard portrait shots with parents.
Requirements
- Space: If at home, 10x10 ft cleared space required.
- Exclusions: Hard copy albums and frames chargeable extra.
Themed Pre Birthday Shoot with Decor

- Output: 30 to 40 edited images and 1 Cinematic Teaser (1 to 2 mins) covering setup and cake smash.
- Theme: Choice of 1 premium theme (e.g., Boss Baby, Jungle Safari, Candy Land).
Decor Inclusions
- Backdrop: 8x8 ft printed flex backdrop specific to theme.
- Props: Themed cutouts, wooden crates, light up letters, and teepee tent.
- Balloons: Approx 200 air filled balloons for arch or garland.
- Cake Smash: Floor mats provided (Cake brought by parents).
Logistics
- Staff: 1 Photographer and 1 Helper.
- Equipment: DSLR/Mirrorless camera, Gimbal, and portable lights.

- Team: 1 Candid Photographer and 1 Cinematographer.
- Duration: Up to 5 hours coverage (typically 7 PM to 12 AM).
- Deliverables: Unlimited color corrected soft copies (200 plus images), 1 Highlight Video (3 to 5 mins), and 1 Teaser.

- Maternity sessions: Outdoor parks, forest trails, or studio setups. Props like message boards and color smoke bombs add a personal touch. Older siblings? Bring them in!

Party Coverage & Cinematic Reels
I don’t just do posed shots. I’ll cover your kid’s birthday party, capturing guests, decor, cake-cutting, and candid moments. You get a set of edited photos, plus cinematic kids birthday videos and short reels that are perfect for sharing.
