Rain Effect: Multiple strings of handmade pink, blue, or white paper cutouts hanging from the balloons.
Floor Scatter: 10-15 loose balloons placed on the floor to add volume.

Props & Signage

BABY Blocks: 4 Brown Kraft paper bags with white paper letters pasted on them (bags are empty props).
Ribbons: Standard curling ribbons hanging from ceiling balloons with an approximate 5ft drop.

Service Details

Staff: 1 Decorator.
Duration: Setup takes 60-90 minutes.
Removal: Decorator does not return for takedown; materials are disposable and removal is managed by the client.
