The Renovation Process
I handle the full scope: from breaking down old walls and redoing the plumbing to the final lighting install.
- Demolition & Waterproofing: This is the most important step. Without proper waterproofing, tiles will crack, and walls will get damp. I ensure this is rock solid before we start.
- Tiles & Finishes: I prefer using large-format tiles to make spaces look less cluttered. We can go for high-gloss, matte, or stone-finish depending on the vibe you want.
- Vanity & Storage: A floating vanity with a vessel sink is a game changer. It saves floor space and looks modern. I customize these to fit your specific dimensions.
- Lighting: I integrate LED profile lighting or backlit mirrors to remove shadows and create that premium, hotel-like feel.
Materials I Use
For the vanity cabinets, I use BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood to ensure they last in a humid bathroom environment. For hardware, I prefer using soft-close hinges so your cabinet doors don't slam.
