Standard Ring & Neon Setup
Setup Configuration
- Structure: 1x Circular metal ring (6ft diameter) OR Standard Semi-Arch backdrop structure.
- Balloons: Arrangement of approx. 250 to 300 latex balloons. Includes a mix of standard metallic, pastel, or chrome finish balloons (client choice of 2 to 3 colors).
- Foil Accents: Includes 2 to 3 themed foil balloons (Star/Heart shapes) or one large number foil balloon.
Backdrop & Signage
- Neon Signage: Rental of one standard acrylic neon light signage (Generic text: "Happy Birthday", "Oh Baby", or "Better Together").
- Draping: Basic net or sheer fabric draping on the ring if required.
- Props: Standard paper bunting or card stock banner.
Service Details
- Duration: Setup takes approx. 60 to 90 minutes.
- Logistics: Includes transport within standard Bangalore city limits.
- Teardown: Simple teardown included.
Premium Trend Setting Decor
Backdrop & Structure
- Main Backdrop: Choice of 8x8 ft Shimmer/Sequin Wall (Gold/Silver/Iridescent) OR a Custom Printed Flex Backdrop on a frame.
- Balloon Architecture: Organic style balloon garland running along the backdrop. Uses approx. 400 to 500 balloons including varied sizes (5 inch to 18 inch) for a textured look.
- Flooring: 8x10 ft Artificial Grass carpet or Red carpet for the stage area.
Props & Furniture
- Cylinder Plinths: Set of 3 decorative cylinder stands (Cake table pedestals) in white, gold, or theme color.
- Themed Cutouts: 3 to 5 Sunboard cutouts of characters or elements (e.g., Animals, Cartoons) placed around the plinths.
- Lighting: 1x Focus light and rental of LED Marquee numbers or Neon signage.
Table Decor
- Cake Stand: 1x Golden or White cake stand.
- Small Props: 2 to 3 decorative items like small birdcages, artificial flower vases, or miniature lanterns.
Traditional Ceremony & Plate Decor
Stage & Backdrop
- Dimensions: Standard 10ft x 8ft Stage Backdrop.
- Design: Satin/Silk curtain draping combined with artificial floral hangings (Marigold/Mogra strings).
- Fresh Flowers: Accents of fresh Roses/Jasmine for borders (approx. 2 to 3 kg fresh flowers included).
- Furniture: Rental of 1x Traditional Gold/White Sofa or Throne Chair.
- Lighting: 2x LED Par lights for warm ambience.
Artistic Plate Decoration
- Scope: Professional styling of 7 to 9 Presentation Trays (Aarthi Tattu).
- Props: Designer trays, decorative dolls, peacock feathers, and stone work.
- Service: Artistic arrangement of client provided items. Note: Edible contents (Fruits, Sweets) are provided by the client; decorator provides styling labor and props.
Welcome Area
- Signage: 1x Personalized Welcome Board on a wooden easel stand.
- Entrance: Basic floral rangoli or flower petal pathway (approx. 4ft length).

How We Decorate
I use balloons, flowers (fresh or fake, whatever works), and classic plate decor with fruits, sweets - you name it. Organic balloon garlands, circular backdrops, flower mandaps, and cradle decors are all part of my toolkit. If you want Bangalore event balloon decoration or traditional Indian ceremony decor, I’ve got you covered.
Custom Themes & Budget
Themes are fun - Cocomelon, Jungle, Princess, Spider-Man, anything you like. I’ll work with your budget, so you don’t have to stress.
Props & Extras
Neon signs, shimmer walls, marquee letters, welcome boards, decorative sofas, plinths - all those little things that make your party pop. I can also help with artists, balloon modellers, emcee, and sound system if you need it.
