Everything you see here is handcrafted to order in my Mumbai kitchen to ensure total freshness. Whether it is a delicate macaron shell or a tiered whipped cream masterpiece, I do not believe in stocking pre-made cakes. If you need something urgently, I keep a few select treats like brownies at my Borivali partner store, but for these featured designs, I recommend planning at least a few days ahead.
