About Featured
Whether you are 4 or 65, our sessions are designed to make you sweat and smile without the pressure of perfection. We focus on that two-hour window—warm-up, routine, and a final group video—where everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned groovers, gets to shine together. It is less about rigid technique and more about catching the rhythm, making friends, and walking out with a clip that looks great on your feed.
Why Dancing Mantras?
We aren't a typical studio where you stare at the mirror, counting steps. We are a "VibeTribe." When you walk into our studios in Sector 116 or the Noida Indoor Stadium, you aren't just a student; you are part of a squad.
