About From Concept to Creation
Architecture is not just about a pretty 3D render. It is about how that design works when the cement is wet and the measurements matter. I spend time at your site at plinth, slab, and flooring stages to make sure the vision we sketched on paper actually lands correctly on the ground.
Many people start with the idea that they can manage construction on their own. It is a common sentiment. However, between the blueprints, material selection, and keeping contractors on the same page, the process often turns into a headache. My role is to bridge that gap.
My approach to architectural design follows a clear path:
The 2D and 3D Planning Stage
Before a single brick is laid, we map everything out. I use technical floor plans to determine room dimensions and circulation paths, and then use 3D visualization to show you exactly how the light will hit a wall or how a floating staircase will look. This prevents costly mistakes later.
Technical Precision
Architecture is technical. I produce structural drawings for column placement and slab reinforcement, along with MEP services design for electrical and plumbing. These aren't just for show. These blueprints are the instructions your team needs to follow to ensure the building is safe and functional.
Site Supervision
This is the most critical part of the journey. I do not just hand over a set of drawings and walk away. I visit the site at key milestones—plinth level, slab casting, and finishing—to explain the drawings to the contractor and check that the materials used match the plan. Whether you are building a new commercial office in Delhi or renovating a home, I stay involved until the keys are in your hand.
