Essential 2BHK Interiors (Fixed Furniture & Kitchen)
Core Woodwork & Joinery
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel layout (up to 15 running feet).
- Material: BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood carcass (No particle board/MDF).
- Finish: Premium 1mm Laminate (Matte/Gloss) on Marine Ply shutters.
- Hardware: Ebco soft-close hinges and telescopic channels. Includes 1 Cutlery organizer, 2 Tandem boxes, 1 Bottle pull-out, and 1 under-sink detergent holder.
- Countertop: Basic Granite (Jet Black/Hassan Green) installation included.
- Master Wardrobe: 2-Door Sliding or 4-Door Hinged Wardrobe (approx. 8ft x 7ft). Laminate finish with 2 lockable drawers and hanging rods.
- Guest/Kids Wardrobe: 3-Door Hinged Wardrobe (approx. 7ft x 7ft) with loft storage and Laminate finish.
- TV Unit: Wall-mounted floating unit (6ft width) with back paneling and wire concealment.
- Foyer Unit: Custom shoe cabinet (approx. 3ft) with breathable louvers and castor wheels (Signature mobile design).
Services & Finishes
- False Ceiling: Peripheral Gypsum false ceiling for Living and Dining areas only to house cove lighting.
- Lighting: Supply and installation of basic LED recessed lights and strip lights for the false ceiling area.
- Painting: 2 coats of Premium Emulsion (Asian Paints) for walls and ceiling (Refresh coat).
- Electrical: Minor shifting of switch points for TV unit and Kitchen appliances.
Exclusions
- Loose furniture (Sofas, Beds, Dining Tables).
- Civil demolition or flooring replacement.
- Appliances and Chimney.

- Master: Floor-to-ceiling Sliding wardrobe with Rattan mesh inserts or Fabric-glass sandwich.
- Kids: Themed wardrobe (e.g., Space/Nature) with integrated study unit and whiteboard.

- Dining Set: 6-Seater Solid Wood Dining table with turned legs and 6 matching upholstered chairs.
Civil & Services
- Civil Work: Demolition of non-load-bearing walls (Kitchen/Utility) and flooring repairs in affected areas.
- False Ceiling: Complete Designer False Ceiling (Gypsum + POP) for Living, Dining, and all Bedrooms.
- Polishing: Melamine or PU Polish for all solid wood surfaces.
- Safety: Rounded corners on all loose furniture for child safety.
Luxury Villa Package (Veneer Finish & Civil)
Luxury Millwork & Veneer Finishes
- Finishes: Primary use of Natural Veneers with PU Polish and Solid Wood accents throughout the home (Replacing Laminates).
- Kitchen: Gourmet setup with Island counter (space permitting), Quartz countertops, and built-in appliance cabinetry.
- Staircase & Landing:
- Library: Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves on landing areas.
- Storage: Custom solutions like pull-out Bar Units on wheels or hidden shoe storage under stairs.
- Window Seating: Custom-built bay window seats with storage drawers in bedrooms/living areas.
Heirloom Furniture & Decor
- Furniture Set: Includes Sofas (3+2), Nesting Coffee tables, Sideboards, and multiple Beds (Poster/Platform).
- Custom Integration: Framing of personal heritage items (e.g., textiles/sarees) into headboards or wardrobe panels.
Comprehensive Civil & Electrical
- Bathroom Vanities: Custom solid wood/ply vanities with mirrors and lighting for all bathrooms.
- Electrical: Procurement and installation of decorative lighting (Chandeliers, Pendant lights, Profile lights).
- Project Management: Dedicated on-site supervision for extended timelines (4-6 months).
