They see me now and think it was easy, but I started at 90kg, frustrated and stuck. This is my story of breaking the cycle and finding joy in fitness again—not because I had to, but because I chose to.

This is me, 5 years apart. My own transformation from feeling lost to feeling strong wasn't easy, but it taught me that the only person who can stop you is you. This is your sign to start today.

My little workout partner. These moments are my favorite. By making fitness a fun part of our routine, I'm teaching her that movement is a joyful part of life.

About My Journey: A Mom Helping Moms

I didn't get here by doing extreme diets or spending hours in the gym. I got here by fixing my daily habits—eating ghar ka khana (home-cooked food) and staying consistent even on the days I felt like quitting. If you are a mom trying to reclaim your energy while managing your home, you don't need a lifestyle overhaul. You need a system that fits your day, whether that is a 15-minute nap-time workout or finding balance between your family responsibilities and your own health goals.
