We manage the full logistical chain for these events, from securing venue permissions and crowd control to installing the line-array sound and custom LED setups. Whether it is a 31st-floor rooftop in Bengaluru or an open-air lawn in Goa, we ensure the infrastructure handles the crowd size while keeping the visual energy consistent across multiple festival days.
Hosting a Holi festival is more than just throwing colors. Our 'Holi Weekender' and 'Takeover' models prove that. When we transform a space like The Leela Bhartiya City or a beachfront club in Goa, we focus on three pillars: infrastructure, safety, and flow.
Our production involves deploying professional trussing, line-array audio systems, and high-intensity SFX, including CO2 jets and confetti blasters. We don't rely on existing venue sound systems for large crowds because they rarely hold up to the intensity of a festival lineup. Instead, we bring our own tech stacks to guarantee the beats don't drop out.
Logistics and safety are where most events fail, so we handle those directly. For our 1,000+ pax events, this means managing everything from Mojo barricades and fan pit security to traffic marshals and onsite ambulance teams. We also handle the tricky part of permissions and licensing, so you are not running around dealing with red tape on the day of the event.
Our goal is to build a universe where the transition from opening act to headliner is seamless, supported by visual consistency through custom VJ loops and themed decor that actually lasts through the water and color play.
