This is where the real work happens. I provide direct, personalized feedback in one-on-one or micro-group sessions, focusing on correcting your technique frame by frame. We cover everything from batting stance and bowling action to match-like scenarios with our sidearm specialist.

This is what my coaching is all about. We don't just practice, we analyze. Here, we are breaking down the batsman's initial movement against a sidearm specialist. A small adjustment in the front foot position can open up the entire field, turning a defensive shot into a scoring opportunity. It's about increasing your range, samjha na?

"Relax rakh body aur sirf backlift pe dhyan rakh." Sometimes, the simplest instructions are the most effective. In this personal session, we are focusing solely on achieving a clean, high backlift to generate natural timing and power.

Understanding angles is crucial. I am explaining to this batsman why he can't play a ball angling away with a straight bat. You have to wait for it and play it towards mid-off, not straight. This is a small but vital detail for playing quality outswing bowling.

Here, Coach Vimal is working on correcting a batsman's stance. By ensuring he stays side-on, his footwork towards the off-side has improved, allowing him to cover the line of the ball and execute drives and defenses with better balance.

The discussion, the understanding, and then the execution. This is the core of my coaching method. We talk through the problem, find a solution together, and then implement it in the nets until it becomes second nature.

For a player returning to bowling after a break, it's important to rebuild the rhythm slowly. I am advising him not to force the pace but to focus on a relaxed shoulder and a smooth run-up. This is the time to relearn the fundamentals correctly.

Patience is key, especially for young players. This 13-year-old was playing well but lost his patience and went for a hard shot. I am reminding him to play with soft hands, a crucial skill for building a long innings.

Working with our 10-year-old student, Aashna. We are focusing on the basics of her stance and playing a backfoot drive. Building a strong technical foundation at a young age is everything.

A one-on-one session is a partnership. It's about preparing to change for the better, together. Here, I am discussing the grip and stance with a young player before we begin the drills.

Facing the short ball is a test of technique and courage. In this net session, we are specifically working on handling bouncers, focusing on getting into the right position to either pull, hook, or leave the ball confidently.
