Master Your Cricket Technique: Batting & Bowling
We build cricketers from the ground up, focusing on the mechanics that win matches. Whether you are refining your front-foot drive or tightening your defensive line, our coaches help you master the fundamentals through repeatable, high-intensity drills.
A practical demonstration of the front-foot drive by one of our coaches for a group of young batsmen. We focus on teaching the correct body mechanics, ensuring our players build a solid technical base from an early age.
Here, our coach explains the nuances of the front-foot defense. The focus is on keeping the head over the ball and using soft hands, a crucial skill for building a resilient batting game that our players learn through clear, step-by-step instruction.
About Master Your Technique: Batting & Bowling
You won't just hear "watch the ball" here. In our technical clinics, we use handheld video motion capture to pause your game frame-by-frame, identifying exactly why your backlift is off or your head position isn't steady. It is about replacing guesswork with mechanical precision, ensuring you build habits that hold up under the pressure of a match.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Whether you are struggling with your backlift or need to fix your bowling release point, our approach is granular. In our intensive clinics, we maintain a low 1:6 coach-to-student ratio, meaning you get real-time correction rather than just being part of a crowd.
We utilize both turf and astro-turf tracks to simulate different match variables. You will practice your front foot defense on surfaces that behave exactly like real match conditions, not flat cement strips. For those focusing on batting technique, we use motion analysis to show you exactly where your weight transfer is lagging.
Our bowling drills are equally focused, teaching you how to use angles and seam positions effectively. It is about building muscle memory that stays with you when the pressure is high. We also bring in local net bowlers for our camps, so you are not just hitting against machines—you are facing the variety of pace and spin you will encounter in actual tournaments. If you are serious about improving your game, this is where you put in the hours.
