Our approach to live cooking is about performance and hygiene. We have moved past standard buffet service to offer concepts like the Library Buffet, where chefs serve you directly, or the Chef’s Table, featuring live cooking behind safety glass. This keeps the experience intimate and safe without sacrificing the theater of fine dining.
We tailor every station to fit your theme. From race-car-themed dessert counters to live sushi bars and wood-fired pizza stations, we build the menu around your vision. If you have a specific theme, tell us, and we will translate it into a food experience.
Safety is at the core of these interactions. Every station operates with strict hygiene protocols, including 90-day surface protection on crockery and a 1:15 staffing ratio.
