Basic Curtain and Balloon Backdrop Setup
Backdrop Structure
- 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft adjustable metal frame.
- Draped with standard white or solid colored synthetic curtains.
- Warm white LED string lights hung behind the curtain for a glowing effect.
Balloon Decoration
- Asymmetrical balloon arch or L shaped garland.
- Includes 100 to 150 standard matte, metallic, and transparent confetti balloons.
Signage and Table Styling
- Generic pre made paper or cardstock occasion bunting like Happy Birthday.
- One basic folding table draped in a solid color cloth.
- Generic scatter confetti or butterfly paper cutouts.
Logistics
- Delivery, on site assembly by 1 to 2 staff members, and post event dismantling.
- Vendor retains all structural items and fabrics; client keeps balloons.
- Excludes custom printing, neon signs, and premium props.
8x8 ft Sequin Wall and Neon Sign Setup
Premium Backdrop
- Standard 8x8 ft interlocking sequin shimmer wall available in gold, silver, or standard colors.
- Mounted securely on a heavy duty metal frame.
- 1 standard rented LED Neon sign like Happy Birthday or Oh Baby.
Elevated Balloon Decor
- Thick organic style balloon garland featuring 150 to 200 balloons.
- Includes chrome finishes, double stuffed balloons, and dried pampas grass or artificial foliage add ins.
Cake Display and Floor Props
- 1 to 2 modern geometric or cylindrical MDF plinths for dessert and cake display.
- 2 to 3 thematic floor elements like metallic birdcages filled with artificial florals.
Logistics
- Complete installation and removal by the vendor team.
- Vendor retains all hardware, props, plinths, and neon signs.
Custom Themed Flex Backdrop and 3D Lettering Setup
Custom Printed Elements
- 1 large 6ft circular or square flex printed backdrop customized with your specific theme graphics and name.
- Custom printed 8x4 ft flex floor mat matching the backdrop design.
3D Lettering and Props
- Large freestanding 3D foam or thermocol letters spelling out the age and celebrant name, embedded with fairy lights.
- Multiple elevated display tables, metal display stands, and artificial potted plants.
- Small theme specific printed cutouts.
Elaborate Balloon Artistry and Secondary Backdrop
- Massive multi colored balloon installation with over 300 balloons spanning the top and sides.
- Layered background elements including draped curtains, fairy lights, and hanging artificial florals to add depth behind the printed flex.
Logistics
- Direct design consultation with the vendor to finalize colors, text, and theme graphics before printing.
- Extensive on site assembly requiring 2 to 3 hours by a 3 person team.
- Client retains balloons, custom printed flex, and thermocol items. Vendor takes back structural frames, fabrics, and metal props.
