Basic Home Backdrop and Balloon Setup
Setup Elements
- 8x8 feet white or colored fabric curtain drape on a standard metal frame.
- Warm white LED fairy lights hung over the drape.
- L shape or half arch balloon garland using up to 200 matte or pastel latex balloons.
- One standard foil banner for the occasion.
- Standard folding table draped with a solid color cloth cover.
- Standard metal or wooden cake stand and basic table confetti.
Service Details
- Setup takes 1.5 to 2 hours with 2 staff members.
- Local transport included within a 10 km radius.
- Next day dismantling of rented frames, lights, and clothes. You retain all balloons.
Shimmer Wall and Neon Sign Glam Setup
Setup Elements
- 8x8 feet sequin shimmer wall on a sturdy metal frame, available in Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, or Black.
- Standard pre made Neon LED sign hung on the shimmer wall.
- Upgraded balloon garland using a mix of standard, metallic, chrome, and clear confetti filled balloons.
- One modern white or colored MDF plinth to serve as a contemporary cake stand.
- Set of 3 metallic birdcages and standard lanterns filled with artificial foam flowers.
Service Details
- Basic color theme selection finalized prior to the event.
- Setup takes 2 to 2.5 hours with 2 staff members.
- Mid range transport via auto or tempo included.
- Post event dismantling of all rented hardware, neon signs, and props.
Grand Custom Themed Stage Decoration
Setup Elements
- Large 6 to 8 feet circular frame with a custom printed flex banner tailored to your theme.
- Supporting side panels featuring fabric curtains, fairy lights, and hanging artificial floral vines.
- Custom printed flex floor mat matching the theme to cover the stage area.
- Heavy multi layered balloon arch spanning the backdrop utilizing over 300 themed balloons.
- Personalized name cutout made of acrylic or painted thermocol.
- Large 3D reusable elements such as 3 feet tall letters for kids birthdays.
- Multiple cake stands, premium metal plinths, and customized table decor.
Service Details
- Digital design approval of the flex print before the event.
- Setup requires 3 to 4.5 hours on site prior to the event with 4 staff members.
- Commercial transport included for heavy frames and large props.
- Full tear down service after the event. You retain the custom printed flex and balloons.
