About Decorative Coasters & Small Art
When you hold one of these coasters, you feel the texture of hand-painted layers sealed under high-gloss resin. I use 3mm thick MDF so they are not just pretty to look at but durable enough to handle your morning coffee or tea without fading or peeling.
Art is a form of play for me. Whether it is a set of coasters or a 6-inch mini canvas, every stroke is intentional and filled with patience.
Why I focus on small art I love painting things people might otherwise walk past. A floral pattern on a coaster or a tiny landscape on a round canvas can change the energy of a room. These pieces are meant to be held, used, and appreciated up close.
The material that lasts I use sturdy 3-4mm MDF board because it holds paint beautifully. For the coasters, I apply a layer of high-gloss resin after painting.
