About Join My DIY Workshops
My workshops are designed for complete beginners, so don't worry if you've never picked up a craft tool before. We keep the groups small—usually 6 to 10 people—which means I can walk you through every step, from melting the soy wax to perfecting your gift-wrapping bows, ensuring you walk away with something you’re genuinely proud of.
I started these workshops because I know how easy it is to get caught up in the daily grind. My goal is to create a space where you can press pause, pour some wax, and just create. We don't do formal lectures; it's more about coffee, random chats, and learning a skill you can actually use at home.
What we usually cover:
- Candle Making: I’ll walk you through the technical bits like wick centering, temperature control, and fragrance blending. You’ll learn how to work with soy and beeswax blends, and you get to take home whatever you pour.
- Gift Wrapping: This is surprisingly therapeutic. I teach the classic box wrap, some Japanese pleating techniques, and how to construct structured bows that don't fall apart the moment you touch them.
- The Vibe: It's casual. I pop up at different locations around Mumbai, like the Hullabaloo Studio in Juhu, so the setting is always relaxed and friendly. Whether you are coming alone or with friends, you'll be working alongside a curious group of people all learning the same craft.
