Choosing between a ring arch and a 3D panel depends on your venue's layout. A 6ft ring arch fits easily into smaller home spaces, whereas my 3D panel setups require a bit more floor clearance but provide a deeper, more immersive background for your event photography.

What Goes Into the Setup
For standard events, I often work with 6ft metal ring arches or shimmer walls, which are highly versatile and fit comfortably in most Bangalore homes. These typically feature organic balloon garlands using about 300 balloons, which I mix in pastel or metallic finishes to match your color scheme. If you are looking for something more substantial, my premium 3D panel setups use three-part boards reaching up to 7ft. These allow for full custom vinyl printing and complex themes, like jungle or character-based parties, perfect for first birthdays.
Logistics and Placement
My team handles the entire process from transport to dismantling. For the larger 3D structures, we usually require 3-4 hours on-site for assembly. If you are planning an outdoor event in a garden or terrace, I take wind and lighting into account to ensure the backdrop remains stable and visible. I also provide LED focus lights with the premium packages, which makes a significant difference if your event extends into the evening.
