The biggest mistake in exterior painting is skipping the deep clean. Before any paint touches your walls, we use high-pressure jet washing to strip away the algae, moss, and loose paint that accumulate over the monsoon. Without this step, even expensive paint will peel off within a year. We use industrial rope access for multi-story buildings, ensuring every corner gets that high-pressure treatment before we apply any sealant or color.

- Elastomeric Coating: We apply two coats of high-elongation paint. This specific type of paint is designed to stretch and move with your building as it expands and contracts due to temperature changes, effectively bridging hairline cracks and preventing water entry.
