About Learn With Us: For All Levels
If you are worried about gear or experience, don't be. Our guided sessions provide everything from shoes to instruction on how to tie a figure-eight knot. We keep groups small so you get actual attention from our team, meaning you can focus on learning to climb safely rather than stressing about what you are doing.
We structured these workshops to strip away the intimidation factor that often keeps people from trying climbing. It can feel like a boys club at many gyms, but our sessions are designed to be different. Whether you are a complete beginner looking to get off the couch or someone wanting to refine your movement, our instructors are here to guide you.
We start with the essentials. You will learn safety protocols, how to manage a harness, and the vital skill of belaying. Once the safety checks are done, we move to movement. We teach you how to use your legs instead of just pulling with your arms, utilizing techniques like flagging to keep your balance.
If you have never touched a wall in cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata, or Hyderabad, you are in the right place. We provide rental shoes and chalk as part of the session, so you just need to bring your enthusiasm. Our ratio of instructors to participants is kept tight, usually 1:6-8, ensuring you get the support you need to feel confident on the wall. It is not about reaching the top in record time. It is about learning to trust your feet, understanding your body, and having a group of women cheering you on while you figure it out.
Climb Like a Woman
We started CLAW because we wanted a space where women could be strong and rambunctious without having to 'be a lady'. We are here to help you get started on your climbing journey, whether that is your very first time on a wall or you are looking to refine your technique with a supportive crew.
