We start every session with a clear focus on safety and technique, but the real work happens in the cheering squad behind you. You do not need to bring your own gear or have done this before, as we provide everything you need and our 1:6 instructor ratio ensures you get the personal attention required to get comfortable on the wall. Come exactly as you are, and we will take care of the rest.

We are CLAW, an all-women non-profit that started because we wanted a place to climb without the pressure. We are here to make sure you have a safe, supportive group of women to cheer you on, whether it is your first time or your hundredth.
