- Structure: 8ft x 8ft backdrop setup utilizing a circular floral ring or a rectangular draped frame.
- Draping: Extensive use of vibrant yellow and orange polyester curtains in a tent style arrangement.
- Flowers: High-density artificial marigold garlands for the main structure (approx. 40 to 60 strings).
- Real Flower Accents: Inclusion of approx. 2 to 3 kg of fresh marigold or rose petals for floor decoration.
Props & Furniture
- Seating: 1 Decorative Brass or Golden Fiber Urn (Matka) or a small decorated stool for the couple.
- Signage: 1 Standard Neon sign (e.g., 'Bride to Be') or a thermocol cutout.
- Floor Art: 1 Floral Rangoli design near the seating area created with fresh petals.
- Accessories: 2 to 3 Traditional umbrellas or earthen pots placed as side props.
Technical & Logistics
- Lighting: 2 to 3 LED Par cans to illuminate the backdrop for evening functions.

Varmala Stage Effects
- Cold Pyro: 6 to 8 shots of Cold Fire sparklers fired electronically at the moment of garland exchange (Indoor safe).
- Flower Shower: 1 Electronic Rose Petal Shower machine blowing petals over the couple for approx. 30 seconds.
- Finale: 2 Confetti cannons (Paper blasts) triggered for the climax.

- Furniture: 1 Premium Wedding Couple Sofa (Maharaja or Victorian style) plus 2 side chairs.
- Flooring: Red or White carpet for the stage platform.
- Details: Floral bunches on the stage header and side panels.
Entrance & Walkway
- Welcome Gate: 1 Box-truss Floral Arch with color-coordinated drapes.
- Passage: Red carpet walkway (up to 30ft) lined with 6 to 8 Floral Pedestals with artificial bouquets.
- Signage: 1 Welcome board with a basic floral border.
Lighting & Extras
- Stage Light: 8 to 10 LED Par cans for stage washing and ambiance.
- Varmala Area: Decoration for standard circular Varmala platform including railing flowers.
