About Themed Birthday Decorations
My setup process is functional and direct. I bring the props, balloon garlands, and backdrops, and I personally assemble everything on-site to ensure the finish matches your chosen theme. I do not use subcontractors, so the person you speak with is the one setting up your event.
From 1st birthdays to teenager milestones, my focus is on creating a clear visual theme that serves as a focal point for your party. I use a combination of character cutouts, custom-printed backdrops, and organic balloon arches to define the space. For popular themes like Jungle Safari, Pokemon, or Princess, I have standard kits ready to deploy. If you have a specific vision like a K-Pop or space theme, we can customize the props and color palettes to fit.
I handle the delivery and assembly in Bengaluru, requiring access to the venue at least two hours before the event starts. Most of my setups are freestanding, but if you have a restricted space or an outdoor venue, let me know in advance. I will need a standard power supply if you want neon lights or special effects included with the backdrop.
Regarding pricing, standard themes are billed based on the size of the backdrop and the volume of balloon work. A simple arch with a standard number foil costs less than a full-scale setup with shimmer walls and personalized marquee lights. I recommend choosing a fixed spot for the decor so the lighting and flow work for guest photos. Everything is disassembled after the event, though balloon disposal is the client's responsibility. I do not provide catering or venue rentals, only the decor and the technical setup for your birthday party.
