About Maharashtrian Weddings
My team of four ensures that while one person focuses on traditional stage portraits, another is dedicated to catching the candid emotions of your family. This balance is critical for Maharashtrian weddings where rituals like the Varmala move quickly and often happen simultaneously with informal interactions.
I believe a wedding album should act as a timeline of your day. In Maharashtrian weddings, the details tell as much of the story as the ceremony itself. I pay close attention to the traditional elements—the specific drape of a Nauvari saree, the intricate pattern of the mundavalya, and the significance of the nath.
My approach combines two styles: traditional documentation for your family records and cinematic candid photography for the emotions. This is why I work with a 4-person team for full-day bookings. You get one traditional photographer handling the formal stage shots, one candid photographer capturing the unposed reactions, and two videographers documenting the chronological flow of rituals from the Baraat to the Vidaai.
Everything is delivered in a high-quality 12x36 inch flush-mount photobook, designed to keep your wedding story intact for years. Whether we are shooting at a traditional hall in Mumbai or a more intimate venue, my goal is to document the day without needing to direct every move you make.
