About this collection
You aren't just playing for a rank here. We use professional FIDE-standard vinyl boards and DGT digital clocks for every match, ensuring that the environment feels authentic and serious. Because we structure our events using the Swiss system, every player stays in the competition throughout the day, guaranteeing you multiple games regardless of early results, so you get the maximum practice time possible.
Competitive Structure
Every tournament is designed to challenge you. We follow the Swiss system, which is standard for competitive chess, meaning no one gets knocked out early. You will play all 5 or 6 rounds against opponents with similar scores, giving you a fair path to improvement.
Formats for Everyone
- Youth Championships: We split these by age groups like U-7, U-9, U-11, U-13, and U-15. These events are perfect for budding champions to test their skills in a high-energy but supportive environment.
- Open Rapid Tournaments: These are fast-paced, 1-day events. With time controls typically set to 15 or 25 minutes, you have to think clearly under pressure.
- USCF Rated Events: For players looking to build an official international ranking, we host sanctioned events, both online and in-person, managed by certified tournament directors.
- Bughouse Chess: We frequently mix things up with Bughouse, a 2v2 team format that is fast, loud, and incredible for improving your tactical teamwork.
