About Elegant Feet Mehendi
Feet mehendi often fades faster than hand mehendi due to constant friction and washing. I recommend getting it done a day earlier and keeping it wrapped for a few extra hours to ensure the stain is as deep and rich as the henna on your hands. 🧿
When you are planning your bridal look, it is easy to focus all your attention on your hands. But truly, your feet are just as important for those beautiful wedding photos. I love creating designs that flow from the ankles down to the toes, whether you want something minimal or heavy with detail.
How I Design for Feet
I treat feet mehendi with the same love as bridal arms. If you want a traditional look, I can use peacocks, mandalas, or lotus motifs that mirror the patterns on your hands. For a more modern vibe, I suggest delicate, jewellery-style anklet designs or clean geometric patterns that look stunning with your wedding heels or juttis.
Getting That Deep Stain
Because we walk around, feet mehendi needs a little extra care to get that rich, dark colour. I always recommend using a lemon-sugar sealant once the paste dries and, if possible, keeping the feet wrapped or covered overnight. This traps your body heat, which is the secret to a dark, long-lasting stain. It is all about patience, but the result is worth it.
Customization
Every bride is unique. If you want to include specific elements like silhouettes, dates, or even your pet's name, we can integrate those into the feet design too. Let’s chat about what you envision and create a look that feels 100% you. Whether it is for your wedding, a baby shower, or a festival, I am here to make your celebration memorable. 🫶🏽
