How We Build Your Wedding Decor Setup
We believe in showing the real work behind a beautiful event. See how we plan and build your decor from the first sketch to the final flower placement.
This video shows our team at work, from preparing the greenery and flowers to setting up the final entrance arch with a Ganesha idol for blessings.
About this collection
We don't just show up with pre-made props. Our process starts with sourcing fresh flowers and constructing the structures right at your venue, often starting before dawn to get every detail right. You get to see the sweat and effort because that is what guarantees the result.
People often think event planning is just about the final look, but the real work happens hours before the guests arrive. Whether it is a wedding in Hassan or a reception in Bangalore, our team arrives early to manage everything. We start by preparing the greenery and fresh flowers, checking the lighting, and building the stage frame by frame.
We handle the construction of the mantapa, the hanging of the floral torans, and the wiring for the lights ourselves. This hands-on approach allows us to fix any last-minute changes on the spot without relying on external vendors who might not share our standards. We use local, fresh flowers like marigolds and jasmine because they hold up best in our climate, and we personally check every backdrop to ensure it stays sturdy throughout your event.
When we say we handle your event, we mean we are on the ground with you from the start of the setup to the final cleanup. We know the stress of planning, so our goal is to take the heavy lifting off your shoulders. If you are looking for decorators who value the work behind the scenes as much as the final aesthetic, let us help you plan your next celebration.
