Experience the raw power of the Western Ghats. I organize small-group, guided treks to majestic spots like Bandaje and Hidlumane, keeping it simple, safe, and entirely all-inclusive.

This is the magnificent Bandaje Falls in its full monsoon glory. The video shows the water cascading down the mountain into the green valley below.

The view of a green hill completely covered in mist. This is the typical weather we experience on our monsoon treks.

Trekkers enjoying the foggy and drizzly weather on the trail. A little rain doesn't stop our adventure.

Happy faces in the mist. Our groups are always full of energy, no matter the weather.

A visit to a nearby ancient temple is often part of the Bandaje Falls trek itinerary, adding a touch of heritage to the journey.

About Chasing Waterfalls: Bandaje & More

Hiking to waterfalls in the Western Ghats isn't just a walk in the park, especially during the monsoon. Whether we are heading to Bandaje or Hidlumane, you are looking at steep, slippery terrain and dense fog. I handle the 4x4 jeep transfers, forest department permits, and local homestay logistics, so you can focus on the climb and the view without stressing about the technical details.

When we trek into the Western Ghats, the weather usually dictates the plan. The mist is beautiful, but it requires caution. I do not believe in rushed tours; I prefer steady, well-paced groups that actually have time to sit by the waterfall and take it all in.

What you get with me is a complete, no-fuss setup. We take care of the 4x4 jeep hire to reach remote trailheads, handle the forest entry permits, and organize the dorm-style stays. You just show up at the meeting point in Bengaluru, and we take it from there. It is an all-inclusive system designed for people who want to explore our Karnataka naadu without the stress of planning every single connection.

If you are worried about the difficulty, do not be. I keep the groups mixed and supportive. You will find experienced hikers helping beginners cross streams or tackle steep inclines. It is the chaarana (trekking) culture we have built over the last 12 years. Everyone looks out for each other, and we always keep the trails clean, because swachhata important guru (cleanliness is important, boss).

I have spent 12 years wandering these hills, from Bandaje to the deeper Western Ghats. I do not run a tour company; I bring together people who love the outdoors for a genuine chaarana experience. My goal is to make sure you get that ondhu mane feeling (homely vibe) even when we are miles from civilization.
