About Healthcare Facility Conversion & Expansion

Breathing new life into old buildings is what I do best. I turn underused spaces into healthcare facilities that actually work for people and the city. Sometimes, the fastest way to get a hospital up and running isn’t to build from scratch - it’s to rethink what’s already there.

How I Approach Healthcare Conversion

• I see potential in commercial buildings, hotels, and even rundown homes. Repurposing these spaces is usually quicker, cheaper, and better for the environment than new construction.
• I’ve converted office floors into super-speciality hospitals, like Sarvodaya Hospital in Greater Noida - 300 beds, done in 11 months.
• Hotels make great hospitals too. Their layouts help me fit in complex systems and create comfortable patient zones. Fortis Hospital, Greater Noida, started as a hotel.
• Old homes aren’t wasted either. I turned a 40-year-old house into Diyos Men’s Health Centre, giving it a fresh, modern look.
