Behind the Scenes of My Magic Experiments
A look into the messy experiments, random thoughts, and early practice sessions that happen before the actual show begins.
A fun experiment with the concept of parallel realities and card magic. What if every choice we make creates a different outcome?
A follow-up to a previous video, testing if I still have the magic in me. Even when I miss, I can always use a little magic to change the past.
Woke up with a strange feeling that I could find any card just by instinct. Here's me putting that feeling to the test.
Does AI have intuition? A fun experiment pitting my human intuition against Google's AI to find a chosen card.
You don't know that you know it. A street magic clip where the audience's subconscious choices lead to a magical revelation.
Google does the trick. An interactive magic trick where I ask Google to pick a random number to find a spectator's card.
And just like that, a name magically travels from one card to another. A clip from a street magic performance.
How is that possible? A prediction trick where a card named randomly by a spectator has been sitting on the table the whole time.
I can't hear you! An interactive trick where I try to hear the audience's thoughts to find their card, with a surprising ending.
An important announcement. A fun video where I officially "come out" as a card magician after years of pursuing this passion.
About Additional Work
This isn't a gallery of my finished, polished shows. It is where I dump the 'what if' ideas—like testing if AI can actually predict a card or just me messing around with sleight of hand at 2 AM. If you are looking for how I think and practice, this is it.
I spent a decade in the corporate world, so I know exactly what it feels like to just want a break from the routine. When I am not out performing, my home in Bangalore turns into a lab. This cluster documents that lab. You will find early, unedited attempts at street-style magic, experiments with card intuition, and some fun, arguably hit-or-miss, tests using AI to see if a machine can actually 'guess' a card better than a human.
Why I keep these rough cuts
Magic is often presented as a perfect, flawless art. The truth is, it involves a lot of trial and error. I keep these clips to remind myself that progress is about the messy middle part, not just the applause at the end.
How these experiments inform my shows
- Sleight of Hand Practice: Most of the card manipulation techniques you see here are the foundation for the interactive tricks I bring to your birthday parties or corporate gatherings.
- Audience Connection: The logic I test here helps me figure out how to handle different reactions, whether I am performing for a small group in a living room or a larger team at a company offsite.
- Authentic Magic: You might notice some of these clips are just for fun. My goal is always the same, whether it is a planned set or a random trick: to create a moment of genuine wonder. If you see a specific style of card work or a particular 'vibe' here that you think would fit your upcoming event, let me know. I am always happy to adapt my routines to suit the mood of the room.
