I specialize in creating detailed, non-fondant character cakes. For this jungle-themed birthday, the client wanted edible cutouts instead of full fondant figures. The result was this vibrant, two-tiered chocolate mousse cake decorated with adorable, edible safari animal prints that looked absolutely magical.

My Story

I’ve lost count of the celebrations I’ve baked for, but trust me, every cake I make is personal. That look on a kid’s face when they spot their birthday cake, or a couple cutting into a custom wedding cake - that’s what I live for. My own family’s cakes, my brother’s Roka, my own Sagan, all baked by me. Perks of being a cake artist at home! Grateful for each client who says ‘do your magic’. Nature’s calling me lately too - river rafting, water’s healing vibe, it’s all magic.
