Since I bake everything fresh in my West Delhi kitchen, I ask for at least 9 to 10 days of notice. This gives me the time to perfect the hand-piped details, match the edible prints to your chosen theme, and ensure the stabilized cream holds up perfectly during the drive to your venue.
