Big cakes require more than just flavor; they need structural integrity. For my multi-tier designs, I use food-safe internal doweling and heavy-duty cake drums to ensure your cake stands perfectly, whether it is a whimsical topsy-turvy style or a classic three-tier anniversary showstopper.
When you are planning a milestone event, the cake is often the centerpiece of the room. My tiered cakes are built for these moments. I focus on fondant-free designs, meaning you get smooth, creamy buttercream finishes that actually taste good rather than just looking pretty. Because these cakes involve stacked layers, I use internal doweling systems to make sure the weight of the top tiers does not compress the bottom ones.
I offer flexibility in how we build these. You can choose different flavor profiles for each tier, allowing you to satisfy different guests—perhaps a classic chocolate truffle for the base and a lighter fruit-based flavor for the top.
Since these cakes require careful assembly and specific transport handling, I ask for at least 3 days of notice for all orders.
