Whether it's a quick treat for yourself or a sweet addition to a dessert table, these individual portions are made fresh in my home kitchen using 100% eggless recipes.

My special Thandai Tres Leches, created for the festival of Holi. This dessert tub features a soft sponge soaked in three kinds of milk infused with festive spices, topped with whipped cream, nuts, and rose petals.

During the summer, I make these delicious Mango Tres Leches tubs. They are a seasonal favorite, combining the creamy milk-soaked cake with the sweet flavor of fresh mangoes. Each tub is wrapped with a ribbon for gifting.

My chocolate truffle cake jars are a perfect portable dessert. Layers of moist chocolate cake and rich chocolate truffle ganache are packed into a convenient jar, ready to be enjoyed anytime, anywhere.
