We don't just teach football; we build athletes. Our elite program bridges the gap between grassroots passion and professional-level competition.

Our players working on agility, balance, and explosive power with a variety of equipment including plyo boxes, hurdles, and balance trainers. This is how we build elite athletes.

A glimpse into our physio-led grinding session. Players are guided through warm-ups, deep stretching, and mobility exercises to maximize performance and prevent injuries.

Learning from the game. Our players from U11 to U17 engage in a video analysis session, breaking down match footage to understand tactics, correct mistakes, and improve their gameplay.

Ice bath recovery in action. After a tough weekend of matches, our U15 and U17 players use this professional technique to reduce muscle soreness and speed up recovery.

Agility and coordination are key. Our players work through ladder drills and balance board exercises as part of their comprehensive fitness training.

A look at our specialized goalkeeper training. Our keeper works on agility, footwork, and diving techniques during the last session before the Deepawali break.

Our coaches leading a passing drill. Mastering the fundamentals of passing and movement is essential to our style of play.

Our U17 boys in an intense training session, pushing their limits as they prepare for the upcoming season. The hard work starts here.

Our U15 boys training on beach sand to build lower body strength, endurance, and balance. This unconventional method gives our players a competitive edge.

A low-angle shot capturing the intensity of a training match. We create a competitive environment where players can sharpen their skills under pressure.

About Train Like a Pro: Elite Development

This isn't a casual weekend class. Our Elite League Squad (HPCP) program requires a commitment of 4 to 5 sessions per week, with a curriculum that includes heavy gym work, plyometrics, and tactical video analysis. We train this way because that is what it takes to compete in the AIFF and KSFA leagues. If you are here, you are ready to put in the work required to play at the next level.
