About this collection
This isn't a casual weekend class. Our Elite League Squad (HPCP) program requires a commitment of 4 to 5 sessions per week, with a curriculum that includes heavy gym work, plyometrics, and tactical video analysis. We train this way because that is what it takes to compete in the AIFF and KSFA leagues. If you are here, you are ready to put in the work required to play at the next level.
When you step into our Elite Development program, you are signing up for a professional training environment. Our focus goes beyond just scoring goals; we build complete athletes who understand the game, move with agility, and recover like professionals.
The High-Performance Routine
Every week, our U9 to U17 players rotate through a training cycle designed by AFC-certified coaches. We move from technical fundamentals to complex tactical setups. On days where we are not running on-field drills, we are in the classroom. Video analysis sessions help players spot their own mistakes, understand positioning, and see the game from a professional perspective.
Building Resilience
Football is demanding, and we treat it that way. You will see our players using plyometric boxes, agility ladders, and even unconventional sand training to build explosive power and balance. Because we know that intense training takes a toll, we integrate on-field physio support. Our recovery protocols, including functional ice bath setups, are non-negotiable for anyone looking to stay injury-free throughout the long league season.

We operate out of the Padukone Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence (PDCSE). The FIFA-standard artificial turf gives our squads the consistency they need to practice high-speed passing and movement. Whether you are aiming for state trials or just want to master the mechanics of the game, this is the environment that will get you there.
