About Beyond the Pitch: Tours & Team Bonding
Travel is a core part of how we develop players, not just as athletes but as people. When we take our squads to places like the UK for Premier League match experiences or on wilderness treks to Bandipur, we are intentionally putting kids in new environments where they learn to manage their own schedules, look out for teammates, and handle the highs and lows of travel together.
We believe that the biggest breakthroughs often happen away from the training ground. Our travel programs are designed to strip away the comfort of home and routine, forcing players to step up, be independent, and rely on their teammates.
Whether it is an international tour to the UK, where our players train daily and watch Premier League football live, or a weekend adventure in the Nilgiris, the goal remains the same: growth. During these trips, our coaches observe players in a non-football setting. We see how they handle exhaustion, how they include younger teammates, and how they behave in public.
Safety and supervision are our top priorities. Every tour is accompanied by our AFC-certified coaching staff and often a physio, ensuring that while the kids are gaining independence, they are always under a watchful eye. Parents tell us that their children return from these trips not just better footballers, but more mature, confident, and empathetic young people. It is about creating a football family that works as hard off the field as it does on it.
