My cakes are built for real celebrations. I prioritize structural integrity with food-safe dowels and support boards, which allows for stable multi-tier constructions that handle the humidity and transport challenges common in Mumbai. You can choose different flavors for each tier, allowing you to mix crowd-pleasing options like Belgian chocolate ganache with more refined choices like hazelnut praline or fresh mango.
I believe the finish should be as impressive as the flavor. I work with Swiss Meringue Buttercream or chocolate ganache, decorated with fresh, food-safe flowers or minimalist gold accents.
