- Planter: 12-14 inch Premium Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) or Rotomolded planters (White/Grey/Black) with high-gloss or matte finish.
- Protection: Includes bottom saucer inside the planter to prevent water leakage on office carpets or tiles.
Service & Maintenance
- Frequency: 2 to 3 visits per week by a uniformed gardener.
- Tasks: Watering, leaf shining (dusting), pruning dead leaves, soil aeration, and organic pest control.
- Guarantee: Unlimited free replacement of plants if they wilt or die within 24-48 hours of reporting.
- Logistics: Includes free delivery and setup.

Garden Maintenance Visit (Team of 2)
Manpower & Time
- Team: Deployment of 2 Professional Gardeners equipped with tools.
- Duration: Up to 4 hours of intensive work per visit.
Scope of Work
- Lawn & Hedges: Machine mowing of lawn, edging, weeding, and trimming of hedges/shrubs up to 8ft height.
- Plant Health: Application of fertilizers (NPK/Vermicompost) and preventive pesticide spraying.
- Cleaning: Removal of dry leaves, soil aeration, and collection of green waste into bags.
Exclusions
- Watering: Daily watering is not included (assumed to be done by onsite staff).
- Replacements: Cost of new plants or soil is charged extra at actuals.
