Our uniformed waiters—working at a 1:20 ratio for standard buffets and 1:15 for premium events—keep the flow smooth, managing everything from refilling chafing dishes to clearing tables throughout the event. You are here to host, not to manage the service, and our team ensures you can stay focused on your guests.

Full-Service Catering Logic

When we talk about service, we mean more than just putting food on the table. We believe the difference between a good event and a stressful one is in the logistics. Our team is trained to be invisible when needed and helpful when asked.

What our service scope covers:

• Staffing: We maintain a disciplined service ratio. For our Classic Homely Buffet, we provide one waiter for every 20 guests, plus a cleaning assistant. For Premium Gala events with live counters, we bump that up to one staff member per 15 guests, including senior captains to oversee the floor.
• Uniforms & Hygiene: Every team member is uniformed, wears gloves, and follows hygiene protocols. We understand that guests notice these details, so we prioritize a clean, professional appearance.
• Setup & Presentation: We don’t just drop off food. Our team handles the table layout, using lycra or satin drapes for standard setups or wooden risers and gold-finish chafing dishes for our premium displays. We ensure your venue looks cohesive, whether it's a corporate boardroom in Mahalaxmi or a housewarming in Parel.
• The Cleanup Promise: The part nobody likes to talk about is the mess afterward. We handle all cleanup and dish clearing. You provide the space, and we ensure it is left exactly as we found it.

We provide service across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because we are a boutique team led by me, Sunny, we prefer to know your event timeline in advance. This helps us ensure we have the right number of captains and chefs available to manage your specific guest count, whether you have 35 people or 300.
