We don't just run laps. You will work on agility ladders, hurdles, and reflex-specific drills directly on our ITTF-approved Teraflex flooring. This specific surface is crucial because it provides the necessary grip for fast lateral movements while absorbing impact, saving your joints from the repetitive stress of high-intensity footwork training.
