Our Approach to Staffing

We scale our team based on your guest count, not just to fill space, but to ensure efficiency. For weddings and corporate events, we maintain a strict ratio of one bartender per 50 to 60 guests. This is our standard to minimize queues so your guests spend time enjoying the party rather than waiting for a drink. We also include barbacks and a bar manager for larger events to ensure the station remains stocked, clean, and organized throughout the night.

Presentation Matters

We know that the look of the bar influences the vibe of the event. Our team arrives in formal attire—waistcoats, ties, and black shirts—to ensure we fit into the aesthetic of your wedding, corporate gala, or private gathering.
