Your entrance is the first thing guests see. I specialise in:

• Balloon Arches: Whether it is a classic semi-arch or a modern, organic, full-ring structure, I ensure it is securely mounted or freestanding.
• Welcome Displays: Custom printed signage on easels, accented with organic balloon clusters, creates a perfect photo opportunity for guests arriving at your party.
• Ceiling & Space Fillers: For large halls, I use ceiling balloons and hanging clusters to fill empty vertical space, making the room feel warmer and more festive.

Practical Considerations

• Surface Safety: I use masking or paper tape for wall-mounted setups. If you are booking a professional venue, please check if they have restrictions on wall mounting so I can plan for freestanding ring structures or pedestals instead.
• Setup Time: Most venue setups take between 60 and 90 minutes. I prefer to arrive well before your guests to ensure everything is perfect, including final adjustments to shimmer curtains or neon signs.
• Rental Items: Structures like metal rings, pedestals, and neon signage are rental items and will be collected the next day. This keeps your costs lower than buying custom structures for one-time use.
