We need a 4 to 5-hour window to rig the 8x8ft backdrops and set up the stage lighting without rushing. Please check with your venue manager about their specific entry time policies, as this is the biggest factor in ensuring your stage looks perfect when guests arrive.

Our grand banquet packages are designed for halls, offering a cohesive look that connects the stage area to the entrance. We use 8x8ft custom printed flex backdrops, which act as the focal point for photos, and frame them with heavy balloon arches or side pillars.

For guest tables, we create smaller balloon arrangements that match the stage theme, keeping the design consistent throughout the room.
