Featured Event Decor & Stage Designs in Hubli-Dharwad
A look at my signature event setups across Hubli-Dharwad, ranging from modern wedding stages to traditional ceremony backdrops.
This is my signature modern reception stage design, perfect for making a statement. I combine a full arch of white roses and lush greenery with elegant gold-paneled backdrops and a custom monogram, creating a sophisticated focal point for the couple.
For a truly authentic South Indian ceremony, I designed this unique stage inspired by traditional Pichwai paintings. The backdrop features hand-painted cow motifs, framed by banana plants and brass lamps, celebrating our rich cultural heritage.
A fun and vibrant photo wall is a must-have for any mehandi ceremony. This popular checkered design uses fresh orange and yellow marigolds, creating a bright and cheerful backdrop that your guests will love for photos.
This video showcases a contemporary engagement stage I designed, featuring clean white architectural arches and asymmetrical floral arrangements. The design includes a personalized name sign for the couple, making the decor both modern and meaningful.
I love transforming outdoor spaces into magical settings. Here, I created a romantic entrance for an evening function by draping a large tree with fabric, flowers, and fairy lights, setting a beautiful tone for the event.
This setup is for a traditional Devkarya puja, where authenticity is key. I use a fresh banana leaf backdrop, stands filled with marigolds, and traditional brass lamps to create a sacred and beautiful space for pre-wedding rituals.
For a Sangeet night that stands out, I created this highly artistic and colorful backdrop. The design features intricate, layered circular patterns that add incredible texture and energy to the celebration, ensuring a memorable party atmosphere.
About this collection
When I design these stages, I focus on the structural details that make your photos stand out. Whether it is the 8x8ft marigold grid for a haldi or the architectural reception arches, I make sure the backdrop frames you perfectly without cluttering the stage floor. I use fresh, high-quality florals—never just plastic—to ensure the decor looks just as vibrant in person as it does in your wedding album.
I believe your event should tell your story. You will not see me repeating the same standard setup for every couple because I design for the specific space and theme.
Modern Stages
For receptions and engagements, I work with clean, architectural arches, like the white sets featuring gold accents and asymmetrical floral bunches. I include custom neon signs because they add that personal touch which makes a stage feel like a home.
Traditional Roots
My traditional decor is all about authenticity. I do not use faux elements when real ones work better. For Devkarya, naming ceremonies, or half-saree functions, I stick to fresh banana leaves, mogra garlands, and brass samay lamps. It is about keeping the tradition intact while giving it a polished, festive look.
Haldi & Mehendi
These are high-energy events, so I lean into bold, punchy colors. The checkered marigold wall is a local favorite because it works as both a backdrop and a photo booth. It is practical, vibrant, and handles our local climate much better than fragile, over-complicated structures. Whether you want a simple, elegant pooja setup or a grand, modern stage, I handle the logistics, transport, and setup within Hubli-Dharwad so you can focus on the celebration.
