This is the real story of how we built a 43-foot parrot. It’s a story of engineering, risk, and talking to a giant metal bird in the middle of the night, hoping it would cooperate. I’ll teach you how to manage the chaos and emotion behind bringing massive, seemingly impossible ideas to life.

This project was a dream, built entirely by collaborating with women-run businesses and artisans from across India. I will show you how to find and work with these incredible talents, from a 17-year-old potter's daughter in Maharashtra to Banarasi weavers, to create events with deep, empowering stories.
