We provide 3D design visualization to ensure the theme you see on your mood board is exactly what gets built at the venue. Our team, ranging from 6 to 20 coordinators depending on the scale, works as your shadow. We have dedicated assistants for the bride and groom, which means someone is always there to handle last-minute errands, medical needs, or just to make sure you have a drink in hand.
From concept development to the final vidai hug, we focus on the details that make a wedding personal. We manage artist logistics, entry choreography, and even the boring but necessary bits like banquet permissions and rooming lists.
